FAQ - DVDLakorn

1. Do you have any Lakorn with English subtitle?

     -  No, we don't have any English subtitle Lakorn. We understand the great demand of English subtitle but we don't have the ability to do that just yet, we're sure to announce it in our website if anytime it is available.

2. Are all the title provide in original content?

     - Every DVD Lakorn are dubbed from television, we choose from many source to find the best quality possible footage. All Lakorns are in original soundtrack Thai and may include channel logo, etc. since it really was dubbed from TV.

3. What is the region of the DVDs?

     - Every DVD Lakorn is region free. It will play in every computer and most DVD player in the market. If our product is anything less than promise, we're guarantee to give your money back.

4. Is the DVD PAL or NTSC?

     - For your convenience, we've encoded all our Lakorn to NTSC to fit the US TV system so it'd work with all DVD player in the USA market. (Originally Thailand's system is PAL)

5. What kind of DVD do you use?

    - We use brand name DVD-R and burned in the slow speed for maximum compatibility. We use brand such as Verbatim, Ridata, Taiyo Yuden, etc. They are not cheap but we focused more on the quality. Our DVD will likely to play in every computer (with DVD Drive) or DVD player that can read DVD-R.

6. What is the material in these DVDs?

     - Every DVDLakorn merchandise will have original Lakorn footage dubbed directly from TV, best quality we can find since the beginning to the end and for some occation it will include some special interview program that feature the actors and actress from the Lakorn in the last disc.

1. มีละครที่มีซับภาษาอังกฤษไหม

     - ตอนนี้ยังไม่มีค่ะ เราเข้าใจว่ามีความต้องการละครไทยซับอังกฤษมาก แต่ว่าเรายังไม่มีความสามารถในการผลิตให้มีคุณภาพค่ะ แต่ถ้าเมื่อไหร่มีเราจะต้องประกาศผ่านเวบไซท์แน่นอนค่ะ

2. ทุกเรื่องเป็นละครของแท้หรือไม่

     - ละครทุกเรื่องอัดมาจากโทรทัศน์ค่ะ เราเลือกจากหลายๆผู้ผลิตเพื่อหาคุณภาพที่ดีที่สุด ละครทุกเรื่องจะเป็นภาษาไทย และจะมีโลโก้ช่องโทรทัศน์ ฯลฯ รวมอยู่ด้วย เนื่องจากอัดมาตามที่ฉายทางทีวีจริงๆ

3. ดีวีดีเป็น region ใด

     - ละครทุกเรื่องเป็น region free คือสามารถเล่นได้ไม่จำกัดเครื่องเล่น จึงสามารถเล่นได้ในทุกคอมพิวเตอร์อย่างแน่นอน และเล่นได้ในเครื่องเล่นดีวีดีมาตรฐานส่วนใหญ่ทั้งหมด หากสินค้าไม่ได้มาตรฐานตามที่สัญญา เรายินดีคืนเงินค่ะ

4. ดีวีดีเป็นระบบ PAL หรือ NTSC

     - เพื่อความสะดวกของท่าน สินค้าเราทุกชิ้นผ่านการ เปลี่ยนโค๊ดให้เป็น NTSC เพื่อให้เข้ากับเครื่องเล่นทุกเครื่องในอเมริกาค่ะ (ละครจากเมืองไทยเป็นระบบ PAL)

5. ใช้ดีวีดีแบบไหน

    - เราใช้แผ่น DVD-R ยี่ห้อที่เชื่อถือได้และเบิร์นในความเร็วต่ำเพื่อทำให้แผ่นอ่านง่ายในเครื่องเล่นดีวีดีทั่วไป ยี่ห้อที่เราใช้อย่างเช่น Verbatim, Ridata, Taiyo, etc. แผ่นพวกนี้ราคาไม่ถูกแต่เราเลือกใช้เพราะว่าคุณภาพที่ไว้ใจได้ สินค้าของเราจึงควรจะเล่นได้ในคอมพิวเตอร์ที่อ่านดีวีดีได้ทุกเครื่อง และเครื่องเล่นดีวีดีที่อ่าน DVD-R ได้

6. มีอะไรอยู่ในดีวีดีเหล่านี้บ้าง

     - ละครทุกเรื่องถูกอัดมาจากโทรทัศน์โดยตรง ตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบด้วยคุณภาพที่ดีที่สุดที่เราจะหาได้ และบางเรื่องจะแถมรายการสัมภาษณ์ดาราจากละครเรื่องนั้นด้วย
